Foundations of Mindfulness Meditation

Mindfulness Meditation does not seek to directly change. 

The practice of bringing loving kindness to the pleasant, unpleasant and neutral thoughts and sensations is where balance restores naturally.

In  mindfulness practices our attention/intention is kind and the mind of habituation and sorrows are released in time.

We are the alert and curious observers of an ever changing cascade of thoughts and sensations. 

The inner and  interwoven landscapes of trauma await the compassionate touch of our practices.

Mindfulness Meditation nurtures  joy and brings resilience to our lives.

Our walk in this life falls into resonance with our inner work and the wings of compassion will soften all that is not wholesome.

We practice and bring healing to self, our kindness resounds and all are touched at this common hearth.

We are in relation one to another as we still the mind and heart.

The winged, scaled, rooted, all beings, the Earth herself are one.
